The human psyche possesses an inherent ability to self-correct that is often obstructed by modern life and personal trauma. True healing is often found in relinquishing the ego's need to control, fix, or perform as a self-improvement project. Instead of viewing recovery as a series of active tasks, individuals should stop resisting their internal truths and suppressed emotions. By creating the right conditions and removing psychological blocks, the mind can naturally reorganize itself toward a state of wholeness. Ultimately, we are asked to shift the focus from what we must do to heal to what we must cease doing to allow natural restoration to occur.
